Elton is an experienced Advocate and a certified member of the Law Society Children’s Law Panel, undertaking a wide range of private and public law matters involving children. He regularly attends Courts in Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire and is well respected by his peers.
Elton is the founder of Elton Solicitors. He has experience in representing clients in serious and complex cases involving non-accidental injuries and sexual abuse of children. Elton was the solicitor with conduct of Salford CC v W & others [2021] EWHC 61 (Fam), acting for clients claiming fostering allowance against various local councils — a case used as a precedent on similar matters.
Elton speaks three languages and takes pride in allocating time to community work, helping organise “Festival Too”, a free yearly live music festival.
